Delivery & Pickup Information
All delivery times shown include both production and shipping. Please note that production time varies by product. The fastest available delivery option for each item will be automatically reflected at checkout. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Pickup Option Available
In addition to shipping, you can choose to pick up your order from our Mississauga office. This option will be available at checkout when eligible.
Exceptions & Split Shipments
- If your order contains items with different shipping times, it may be split into multiple shipments. This ensures that items ready sooner aren’t delayed.
- You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping speed based on the items in your cart. Even if only some products qualify for Express shipping, you’ll still be able to select it.
- Before you check out, we’ll show you a breakdown of how your order will be shipped, including estimated delivery dates for each item. This way, you’ll know upfront if any products will arrive later than your selected delivery speed.
